How Cooking Works

After you reach Rocky Ridges, you'll follow a questline to rescue Chef Dente from a barrel. Once completed, Chef Dente teaches you how to combine ingredients and Pokemon helpers to cook meals.

Meals can boost move strength and can also be given to Pokemon to raise Comfort Level faster than simple berries.
