Service Scope and Status
PokopiaMap is an independent fan-made reference site and toolset. It is not affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokemon Company.
Gameplay data, guides, sync tools, and generators are provided on an as-is basis and may change as the game or the site evolves.
Local Data and Sharing Tools
Language, theme, collection progress, favorites, and map marker preferences are stored locally in your browser unless you remove them.
If you export a sync code, generate a QR code, or share a collection card, you are responsible for the information you choose to transmit to another device, app, or person.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
PokopiaMap may show advertising or load measurement, security, hosting, and analytics services provided by third parties such as Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare.
You agree not to click ads fraudulently, encourage others to click ads, interfere with ad delivery or measurement, or use the site in a way that could create invalid traffic.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their websites, policies, or independent processing activities.
Acceptable Use and Automation
Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the site or its availability.
- No fraudulent ad interactions, misleading clicks, or attempts to manipulate ad impressions, analytics, or security signals.
- No malicious attacks, excessive automated access, or scraping that ignores published crawler controls.
- Do not bypass rate limits, security checks, challenge flows, or other abuse-prevention measures.
- Do not impersonate PokopiaMap or claim official game affiliation.
No Warranty and Availability
We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, PokopiaMap is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content or tools.
